About MindfulWell®

We are Amy and Larrisa, Two passionate individuals who came together to make a change. At MindfulWell®, we are dedicated to addressing the challenges of mental and emotional well-being through a Whole-Person, Trauma-Informed Approach. We believe that healing is not just about managing symptoms it’s about understanding the deep connection between the mind, body, and past experiences. Trauma, stress, and emotional pain don’t just exist in our thoughts; they shape how we feel in our bodies, how we connect with others, and how we navigate the world. That’s why we create a safe, supportive space where women can feel seen, heard, and respected as they heal.

Our services centre around a trauma-informed approach that honours each person’s unique journey. Through counselling, psychotherapy, and mindfulness practices, we offer a compassionate, non-judgemental environment where women can explore their experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strength. Healing is not only about talking—it’s about listening to the body, regulating the nervous system, and creating safety within ourselves. To support this, we offer mindfulness practices, yin yoga, workshops, and retreats that integrate both mind and body, ensuring a holistic approach to well-being.
