Amy Reis Williams
Founder
Amy Reis Williams is a trauma counsellor, and health coach who takes a holistic, whole-person approach to mental health. She blends insights from psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy to support her clients' mental well-being.
In her practice, Amy integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, the Conversational Model of Psychotherapy, mindfulness practices, Yin Yoga, infant development, attachment theory, and neurophysiology. Her psychodynamic psychotherapy and trauma-informed practices, backed by clinical studies undertaken in Sydney through ANZAP, ensure that her clients receive the most effective and up-to-date care.
Amy has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health and the unique needs of each individual. Her qualifications reflect her commitment to providing the best care possible. She is dedicated to supporting her clients on their path to emotional healing, growth, and self-discovery.
With 9 years of experience across schools, hospitals, and crisis counselling, Amy is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based support. Her goal is to ensure that everyone she works with feels understood, valued, and supported. She specialises in a wide range of areas, including neurodiversity, trauma, personality disorders, cancer support, anxiety, addiction, depression, eating disorders, abuse, relationship difficulties, health and well-being coaching, grief, and stress management.

Larissa Kaylee Eva has spent 14 years integrating eastern, western, and te ao Māori wisdom into wellness practices that rewire safety into the nervous system while honoring the messy, beautiful truth of our lives.
Through yoga, breathwork, and somatic healing—with certifications in Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra, plus specialised training in mental health, trauma-informed care, Māori healing modalities, and spinal attunement she has created safe, nurturing spaces for healing.
With over 2,000 hours of teaching at Aro Ha Wellness Retreats, Larissa guides women especially mothers navigating PTSD and nervous system dysregulation toward self-love, acceptance, safety, and embodiment.
